I had used IAMS Weight control for my beloved pet for over 2-1/2 years. It was the vet formula. Yes, my guy did loose weight. For me it is a NIGHTMARE. I will never ever patronize IAMS again. My vet told me not to neuter my GSD until hes 1 1/2 years old because of the growth plates on large puppies. You dont know their reasons. So kick back girl. Maybe hes a show dog or they got him for his traits.I neuter/spay/castrate all my animals. Its really not my responsibility that ppl dont. I got my puppy from a breeder, and I got him for certain traits shepherds have. I dont want a mutt. And thats my choice, its not my responsibility that ppl dont spay there pets.

Now lets move on to the meats. Theyre both unspecified. Meat and bone meal does not refer to which animal contributed to the meal.

Its a vague term that could mean either one type of animal meat was used or a lot. If your pet is particularly sensitive to some types of animal protein, then it becomes even more worrying. You dont know what youre feeding your pup.

Another thing is the use of the term chicken by-product meal. When meat is simply stated as chicken then it refers to the chickens muscle meat.
