Really disappointing! Their product is really good with the exception of the packaging. Just a lot of run around by their sales dept. couldnt go to a monthly delivery. Insistent on a delivery every 2 weeks! Ughdealt with different reps who all quoted different prices.I dont get it.The Company reached out to me, which tells me that they care. They also sent a e mail explaining the program, and it was really helpful. They have a great product, our dog loves the food.
